Parking Charge Notification management is only part of the total solution. The Ticket-Hub allows you to manage all areas of your parking enforcement organisation.

PCN Issue, Storage and Processing

Ticket-Hub is a managed service providing a solution directly where it's required. No need for in-house expertise and costly server setup. All maintenance tasks are included in a support package. Ticket-Hub is a web based system allowing access from any internet connected computer.

The system is designed to interface with a wide variety of capture equipment and can be expanded to handle new technologies as they become available.

Enforcement Process

Each Parking Charge is processed through a set of defined stages giving clear visibility and reporting of all PCN'S within the system, from issue to final payment. Where possible, each step is automated allowing Parking Charges to move through the system with no manual intervention.

DVLA Vehicle Keeper Details

Cut out human error. Ticket Hub identifies when Vehicle Keeper Details need to be applied for and automatically prepares V888 for despatch to DVLA. Ticket Hub provides for 2 levels of automation;

  • Batch Printing on plain or formatted paper for postal applications.
  • Direct Interface with DVLA Gateway Software*
    fully automating the acquisition of owner details.

Discrepancies between the PCN and DVLA details are identified and where necessary, notification is given to allow administrators to correct or confirm changes.
*Requires DVLA Authorisation and ATA membership, and optional DVLA Gateway.

Automated Formal Demand Batch Printing

Where Parking Charges are unpaid at the expiry of the required time, the system generates formal demands for despatch based on the PCN and the Keeper Details.

Debt Recovery Export

Parking Charges that remain unpaid following delivery of the formal demand notice are processed by the system, prepared and exported to a Microsoft Excel compatible file format. This information can then be sent to an external debt recovery agency.

Operative and Handheld Management

All handheld management tasks are executed from Ticket-Hub. Handhelds can be enabled, disabled, updated and configured centrally. Operatives beginning activities at start of duty log onto the system with unique user and password information and log off at the end of their shift.

Location Management

A location aware approach to ticket issuing is core to the system. This ensures potentially complex rules are adhered to and errors are not introduced at the PCN issuing stage. The key control features are listed below:

  • Control of offences that can be enforced, based on site rules, client wishes and parking signage.
  • Only authorised operatives can issue PCN'S at any given location.
  • Location grouping to ease management.
  • Location based charging rates.

Administration tasks are simplified by having instant access to location information. Client and operative support tasks are dealt with securely and quickly.

Client Management

In larger environments with many locations distributed across the country, client management becomes very important. With large sites generating many PCN'S it's essential to have control on how your business manages its clients.

Flexible Commission based system

A commission based approach allows both Self ticketing and clients to generate revenue from parking enforcement and in many cases allows clients to fund their enforcement solution. Commission rules can be based on:

Reporting

A comprehensive set of reports are available. These reports are live and show an up to the minute analysis of all Parking Charges held within the system.
